Postage and mailing charge
1.) The postal charge will be at Hong Kong dollars and shown when check out. Delivery will be free of charge if purchased in COOLBES website for up to $400 or above. This privilege is available for delivery in Hong Kong area only. Please contact COOLBES customer service for delivery arrangements if you are out of Hong Kong.
2.) Please fill in your delivery information accurately such as delivery address, telephone number, recipient and email address etc. so as to ensure the parcel will be delivered in time and avoid potential delivery delay or return.
For HK delivery :
4.) For overseas delivery, please fill in the delivery information carefully and not to amend once check out as it may be irreversible once the parcel sent.

We accept PayPal / PayMe / FPS / WeChat Pay / AliPay. Direct T/T is also accepted for overseas customer.

- The selling prices listed do not include duty of any specific country or region. It is entirely customer’s liability and discretion for duty payment, if any. We will not be liable for any return due to the issue, and may affect your purchase in future.
Delivery Information:
1. Monday – Friday: If purchase made at or before 15:00, the parcel will be out to SF Express by 12:00 the next day.
Saturday & Sunday: If purchase made on these 2 days, the parcel will be out to SF Express by Monday 12:00.
(You will be notified and contacted immediately if the purchased items are out of stock)
l For any amendment on delivery address or purchased items, please contact COOLBES customer service asap.
l There may be variance of delivery time for different locations
l Tracking of parcel is available in SF Express website: www.sf-express.com
l It is likely that there may be delay of parcel delivery if there is strike, typhoon, severe weather condition and/or force majeure event. No further delivery notice will be given under such condition
2. A notification email will be delivered after the parcel out to SF Express. Please ensure your email address is correct and working properly.
3. Regarding 【Parcel Tracking Number】, it will be out in the notification email. Customer may choose to go to 【My Account】 then【Purchase Order】, or contact our CS for any tracking issue.
Refund / Return:
1. Please note that there is NO Refund / Return available for goods already purchased and/or delivered.
2. If it is found damage(s) of the items delivered and make it/them unable to use/work properly, please keep it/them as is/are and contact with our CS immediately.
