Grapefruit essential oil shares the same quality as many other citrus oils. it has uplifting, stimulating, energizing, detoxifying functions, and a good antiseptic and disinfectant.  It is beneficial for treatment of acne and oily skin. It is also good as a mild insect repellent.
Grapefruit helps to maintain blood cells strength and elasticity. 
It is perhaps the most commonly used in aromatherapy for cell waste removal by stimulating our lymphatic system. 
It is also commonly used in cellulite reduction. 
It is believed that Grapefruit helps to improve liver functionality and burning calories. 
It is also treated as a diuretic helping to improve Edema of our body.

【How to use】
Put 2-3 drops into COOLBES Macaron (Mini Diffuser)

OR put 2-3 drops on a furry doll


Other methods:
Diffuse - Add 4-5 drops of essential oil with 100ml of water into diffuser 
Massage - To reduce edema & cellulitis. Add 4 drops of essential oil into 20ml of coconut oil
